I'm sitting in the kitchen right now Literally just having finished scheduling my content for like, you know the next seven days and At the moment. I'm just basically watching this video on YouTube By GRM for anybody who doesn't know it that's kind of like, you know, this you
know, one of probably the most prominent, you know kind of that face of You know the UK the UK music scene the UK rap scene anyway. But that's probably like the best way I can summarize it anyway, because I'm just
kind of like, you know, overwhelmed with just kind of like positive emotions, which is kind of like making my train of thought, like really difficult to follow. But effectively, it's just kind of like an interview between Posty and Potter Payper. And it's just like, you know, it's literally like such an inspiring frickin listen, you know, because the dude is talking about like you know kind of like how you know he's turned his life around and how you know what his life meant back then kind of like you know being somebody who was kind of like you know uh you know i want to use the word absorbed or i want to use the word engulfed by the street life um rather than kind of like saying like you know someone who was
involved in the freaking street life as though like you know this was something that he you know was actively pursuing on purpose from a young age and maybe to a certain extent like you know that might be the truth but it's just more so like you know talking about how a lot of these such situations were circumstantial and how you know he was just like you know engulfed in this you know chaotic freaking lifestyle and how he has completely just turned that life around it's very inspiring and considering the fact that you know I'm listening to somebody who's effectively kind of like in a position where I would one day hope to be a, you know, I just, I'm just
here right now just basically echoing the same, you know, the same sentiment, you know, because even, you know, because even though like, you know, I might have not been involved in kind of like that street life myself personally, like, you know, unfortunately, I didn't live a life that was straight and narrow enough that I would avoid prison. And, you know, as soon as he started talking about like, you know, the people that he would meet there and how he would move and kind of like you know spark conversations with older and more wiser people reminds me a lot of what I was doing when I was kind of like inside like you know I was talking to people that were much older than me
wiser than me I was just literally like heeding their warning taking their advice on board and just really just transforming as a person transforming my perspective it's just absolutely like you know words can't describe just how you know how amazing it is to be able to change one's life, to be able to turn a leaf and just turn from such a bad corner and to be able to overturn a result that could have effectively ended up in prison or it could have put somebody six feet under. So yeah, at the moment I'm in a bit of a rush because I have to take my daughter to a birthday party Which in itself is kind of wholesome thinking about it now because it's kind of like, you know, had I carried on in the same Fashion that I was kind of like going in the trajectory that I was in kind of like, you know leading up to the year
2017 I'm not entirely certain that would have been there to witness that and I've been looking to this birthday party for quite some time Now and it just feels good that you know, I'm about to kind of like go there and I'm about to become you know I'm about to go there as the person that you know was able to basically flourish from the ashes of the person that I used to be and you know kind of like watching this interview is really really gotten that out of me and I'm very you know very happy to say that but um yeah that's it for me like I kind of like I can't believe it's been another week of just kind of like recording reflections and stuff like that things have been pulling me back and
things have been holding me back but I still want to pursue this and there is nothing more telling than you know, there's nothing more telling when it comes to desires and when it comes to like things that you're truly destined for, there is nothing more telling than you know, you know, kind of like being put in a situation where you're being pulled away from that very thing that you want and despite the fact that you're being pulled away by so many things you are still kind of like edging forward and inching forward pushing against everything that is kind of like holding you back but yeah that's it for me and kind of like looking forward to my next entry.
