A Social Bumble Bee

Okay cool so right now we're looking at Monday the 24th of June 2024. I'm kind of like frightened by how quickly I'm getting to the end of the month but at the same time I think I'm going to be okay regardless kind of like everything that's going on. Things are moving at the

speed of light but you know I think I'm slowly beginning to kind of like charge up. I'm beginning to feel charged up in myself and I feel like I'm beginning to feel a bit more competent in the little

things that need doing. Kind of like managing everything overall but then at the same time still keeping within good health and not over stretching myself when it comes to kind of like my physical ability, my mental capacity and all of that stuff. So like it's literally coming up to like three o'clock and very very soon I'm gonna need to leave to just basically step out. I've got a bunch of deliveries to do, kind of like working for this Chinese

restaurant etc etc as you do, doing whatever it is that I need to do to just make sure I can kind of like make my ends meet by just basically kind of like making those extra pounds and extra pennies. So one of the things that I did this morning which kind of like came kind of like from a moment out of impulse was kind of like just basically plunging myself into like these two social media platforms.

One of them is called X which is like formerly known as Twitter and then the other one is called like Instagram but it's basically like the Instagram, it's basically like Instagram's version of Twitter, which is basically called Threads. And I just basically started talking to people. I know this sounds really dumb, but at the same time, I can't believe how much I've been overcomplicating this whole process and this whole idea of getting yourself heard. It is literally about getting yourself heard in the music industry and kind of like networking

and getting people to hear your sort of stuff. It really is a contact sport. Like there's nothing, yes there's a social media strategy that goes behind it to kind of like try to maintain an audience but for the most part when you want to get heard you just basically send people your link and then you get them to like and comment on your stuff and then you keep on rinsing, repeating the process until you start to get into thousands of likes, thousands of views and thousands of freaking followers. I can't believe that it is literally that simple. I can't believe that I spent years of my time trying to understand this complex thing when really it's just literally about being a social bumblebee.
