It's not even been an hour since the clock hit 12 this afternoon, and I'm already in a situation where I'm having to throw myself completely out of my comfort zone. I mean, I shouldn’t really be surprised but I swear sometimes I lull myself into this false sense of security where Im convinced I can confidently spot each and every single time something out there is trying to trip me up.
In this great spirit of “Why is this happening for me” Im going to say that at least I can use this as an opportunity to learn from my mistakes. Heck if I can take that a step further I would also add, that the fact I’m even able to type this down proves that I can choose to look at it from a positive perspective. What would my outlook have been if I was rendered down to a situation where I was completely powerless to learn anymore?
Anyway, the story is I use my car to get around a lot. Apart from the fact that I’m a massive driving enthusiast, I actually need to get from A to B relatively quickly given that I’ve got so many commitments that I need to juggle in any given day.
I’ve had to park the death trap at a garage because the thing decided it was going to gift me with an early learning curve in 2024. I’m now in a situation where I have to pay £610 to get the freaking thing fixed, and the funny thing is, over the last four days I was supposed to be away earning £500 plus!
It’s funny how life works out sometimes…but heck it’s 10% what happens, and 90% how you react to it!
