Alright cool, so um Sunday the 29th of December 2024 and the title of today's reflection is going to be never gave up so like um You know I feel pretty deeply about those words if I'm being honest like never gave up. I feel pretty deeply about those
You know like there's effectively like I feel like the slogan of my secondary school was um tenui necadimitam which I believe was Latin for something along the lines of like you know I have taken a hold with both hands and I'm never letting go hence the expression like never giving up but it also means a lot more to me than that like you know I feel like over the years over the coming weeks over the last over the weeks that I've gone, like you know, I feel like not only my, not only has my patience been tested, but my physical limits have been tested, as have my mental, my emotional, my spiritual kind of like you know, limitations have been
tried and tested and you know, I'm just basically glad that I never gave up, you know. You know, after this time that has gone by, like you know, a year, you know, you know, I guess another year in the dust and I've been able to kind of like keep up with my reflections you know being able to do so much in that regard and it feels strange because it still feels like the war isn't won it feels like I'm still battling it out because you know kind of
like looking for the value in the thing that I'm doing and trying to show other people as well that there is value in this thing that I'm doing here and you know I kind of like you know I'm looking forward to that victory I guess in the long run but for now I'm just basically glad I've been able to come this far and glad that I never gave up.
