Okay, Saturday the 10th of August 2024 and the title of today's reflection is going to be to new perspectives. Now after having gone through my car accident way back in 2017 and kind of like ended up in hospital for 21 days I kind of like went through a period or through a phase
of serious reflection and I kind of like came to the realization that just like anybody else, I have like the potential of becoming very narrow-minded and becoming effectively too big for my own boots
to the point in which I start to believe where I don't need to listen to anybody. I don't need to kind of like heed anybody's warning. I don't need to consider anybody's counsel. I am above everybody. I am above everything, I am like you know everything to a certain extent and I don't effectively kind of like need to
take advice and I don't need to take information from anybody at all and this kind of like narrow-mindedness has conditioned to kind of like I guess like the past chapter of my life in such a way where I effectively didn't know how to make anything other than kind of like a nuisance of myself and a nuisance for other people. And this is kind of like the whole reason why kind of like I am quite sensitive to new perspectives in the sense that I am very keen to kind of like learn what somebody else has to think or what kind
of like information somebody else has to offer. Often at times this can get a little bit tedious because you do have to sift and sort through opinions that are not particularly educated, from people that are not well-mannered, people that aren't well put together, only to find that the person is indeed an idiot as you first suspected. Plenty, plenty and I mean abundant, kind of like situations and occurrences out there where looks do deceive. People are not as kind of like as silly or as stupid as they look and some of them are actually incredibly, incredibly wise.
