So it’s beginning to get a little tricky to keep track of all the places I need to keep my eyes on. It was surprisingly fascinating to see how my morning was supposed to consist of a very simple task, and somehow that task evolved into a series if micro tasks that interconnected with other areas that I delegated for a later date.
Still with that being said, I was able to hone in on the matters that felt most important at the time and managed to reach a point in this climb where I can tell myself I’ve done enough for today’s struggle. I wanted to chip further ahead on the aesthetic development of my website. I’ve been buzzing around this task for weeks and yet still my progress has been slow because of my insane ability to recoil at the opportunity of advancing ahead.
Although having a fully functional site was not the highest on my list of priorities, I needed to get to a place where I can begin to integrate my site with my future collaborators. Doing this without a site that’s at least presentable in some sense, is like inviting your employers to a dinner at a 1 star fast food restaurant.
I was hoping to finish this freaking thing before the weekend was done, and sadly I’ve still got a little more work to do but at the same time I’m happy that I was able to inch further ahead from where I was at earlier today.
