Saturday the 28th of December 2024 and the title of today's reflection is going to be so emotional so if I'm being honest like right now like I'm a little bit moved with kind of like I guess sensations because um you know like I've been working so hard to just basically catch
up on this kind of like endless cycle that is kind of like keeping up with my diary reading and truthfully something that over the years is something that's kind of like grown to
like mean something to me do you know I'm saying like I'm kind of like sort of like going through the same thing with my reflections and you know I'm kind of like losing that I'm kind of like why if that makes sense I'm losing the why and I'm losing the understanding as to not necessarily the understanding but you know I'm losing the sentiment as to like why I'm doing it and you know having been able to kind of like catch up has been a bit
of you know massive relief because it's made me like you know not necessarily like unnerving but it's made me like very you know very unhappy I guess to a certain extent because like you know it's something that I guess it's it's something that I guess I carry with pride but you know I'm kind of like happy to be here um you know especially kind of like coming to the end of the year I'm sort of like happy that I'm beginning to see like you know the importance of like what I'm doing and
like you know the importance of also like being alive being in the present moment and just kind of like having something to like you know not necessarily leave behind but something to like remind oneself like you know why it is important and why it is good to kind of like you know Look after oneself in this way like you know I did this and I achieved this by effectively just reading you know reading what I've written down and Just so you know writing my own journals and being able to look back at them and seeing that there is a good reason behind Doing everything that I'm doing so yeah
