Thursday the 11th of July 2024 and I think the title of this reflection is going to be the use of positive thinking. Now if I'm being sincere, right, there are many things that rightfully frustrate me and I mean very massively rightfully so. Often at times I do have doubts in that regard
because, like you know, because I'm slowly beginning to come to the realization that we live in some sort of like, you know, each and every single one of us live within our own perceived reality.
Often at times I find myself doubting whether the things that I get frustrated by are things that are actually in truth frustrating or whether they are merely frustrating because of the perception that I am beholding my frustrations from. In other words, there are some things from my perspective that I find ultimately very infuriating and very frustrating and so I dwell upon these things but then from the outside looking in, they're not really frustrating at all and maybe I'm just making a big deal out of nothing.
Now again, circling back to the main point of today's reflection and how all of this ties in together. Again, like, you know, the use of positive thinking. Now, the thing is, is that, right, I'm going to try to highlight the use of positive thinking by basically highlighting what positive thinking effectively removes, if that makes any sense at all. It's like, by effectively focusing on, it's basically, I'm basically trying to talk about the highlights of positive thinking by talking about what you're not focusing on when you're thinking
positively and that is like, you know, your negative thoughts. Negative thoughts that, you know, if dwelled upon long enough will eventually begin to cross into negative actions and therefore negative outcomes. Now, I don't want to begin to say that positive thoughts are effectively the key and the solution to all of your life's problems, my life's problems. However, at the same time, by just basically allowing yourself or discerning, by giving yourself the ability to discern what the cost, effectively negative thinking is very expensive and so with positive thinking you can give
yourself something to focus on which effectively will render positive thoughts, which will render positive actions and therefore positive outcomes.
