Okay, so Saturday the 13th of July 2024 and the title of today's reflection is going to be watertight commitment So I'm kind of looking at a bunch of analytics here And you know I'm just basically reflecting over the past maybe like seven days where I haven't been promoting
The song that I'm trying to drive home is that, you know, kind of like, you know, keeping track of all of your analytics, keeping track of your social media engagement whilst you're trying to live, you know, an ordinary life is actually incredibly, incredibly tedious. It's not exactly difficult.
It's simple. You know, it's not rocket science. amalgamation of different workloads that you're going to be taking on whilst you're doing this thing on your own is ridiculous. So like you know I have like you know if I kind of like go into like one of my folders here like you know I've got here I've got let's see one maybe two three four five six different social media apps in which like you know I kind of like need to keep track of engagement and of course it's all connected and I'm trying to kind of like link everything to my website as well so like you know whenever I release connected.
I'm trying to link everything to my website as well so whenever I release something, it's content that is effectively being drip fed from my website and it goes into all of these different social media channels. But again, the whole point that I'm trying to say is that you need to have a very watertight commitment to this thing because the minute you decide to kind of like take your foot off the gas like you're kind of like progress begins to stagnate and like you know to kind of like finish off on what I'm trying to say
here like you know I have so many messages that I need to kind of like get back to so many comments and so many things from months that I haven't even you know I haven't even um you know kind of like looked at and I kind of need to keep track of those to kind of like give people not just the impression but also like the reality that I'm still around because yeah like otherwise like it's very difficult to effectively it's very difficult to kind of like keep an audience engaged and kind of like keep people entertained or still in a while you're trying to release music and live an ordinary life.
